What the cruiser is and isn't.
The cruiser is a fun wheel with more tension than most other wheels, the gliders must work at getting them to go around, it is not just a running wheel, but an exercise wheel. It does not run free and smooth, it dances and is intended to be a fun wheel. It is not a small wheel, it is an oversized one compared to others out there. The track is wide enough that more than 1 glider can play on it at a time. The track is 1/4 " pvc coated wire and each wheel is custom made for you.
The dance action is produced by offsetting the wheel itself, and runs on 2 bearings in a separate bearing housing.
The cruiser is not like any other wheel, It was designed to be different. We will not talk down another wheel to promote the Cruiser as we feel that each wheel has it purpose and the cruiser can be used in the same cage as another type/style of wheel.

The Cruiser is a fun wheel, designed to give gliders a resistance training workout. The Cruiser doesn’t just spin, it dances. The dance action is produced by offsetting the wheel on 2 bearings in a separate bearing housing. This creates an elliptical orbit so the gliders really work to get them to go around.
It is not just a running wheel, but an exercise wheel. Gliders have to jump up and pull it down to get it going. They can’t get into a rhythm and have to continuously work at it to keep it going. It simulates them flipping around on tree branches.
Room for Roomies. The track is wide enough that more than 1 glider can play on it at a time. The Cruiser is a 12" diameter wheel.
Custom options...
Colors - Red, Blue, Yellow, Green, Black, White, or Grey. In any combination (front and back). The green on green is reserved for magnetic therapy wheels.
Width of track - 4 1/2" is the standard but see photo below for options (Colony wheels of 6 inches or more available for an additional fee).
Height from the ground to the bottom of the wheel -minimum 6 inches (standard) up to 14 inches (higher is available at additional fee).
Bounce action - 3/4 bounce (standard), 1/2 bounce or full bounce.
Cost is 70.00 plus shipping. At this time I am unable to add track width or pole height as an option for checkout. Please contact me if you'd like a different option other than the standards.
NOTE: Returns are not accepted once a customer has opened their package due to cross contamination unless there is a defect due to shipping. This is a large wheel so please read all information and/or watch the videos. If more information is needed concerning size, please contact me.

There are 3 wheels safe for sugar gliders. In addition to the Custom Cruiser there is also the Raptor and the Free Runner. Links for those wheels are listed below.
